Hadith 7093

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَدَّادٌ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ الرَّاسِبِيُّ ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْوَازِعِ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ جَلَسُوا مَجْلِسًا لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِيهِ ، إِلَّا رَأَوْهُ حَسْرَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Those people who sit in a gathering and do not remember Allah in it, on the Day of Resurrection they will feel regret and sorrow over it."
