(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " قَضَى أَنَّ الْعَقْلَ مِيرَاثٌ بَيْنَ وَرَثَةِ الْقَتِيلِ ، عَلَى فَرَائِضِهِمْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave this ruling: "The blood money shall be distributed among the heirs of the murdered person according to their respective shares."
