Hadith 7078

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرْبٍ الدَّيْلِيِّ ، سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا أَظَلَّتْ الْخَضْرَاءُ ، وَلَا أَقَلَّتْ الْغَبْرَاءُ ، مِنْ رَجُلٍ أَصْدَقَ لَهْجَةً مِنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is no man more truthful on the face of the earth and under the shade of the sky than Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him)."
