Hadith 7060

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that one day during prayer a man said, "Alhamdulillah mil'a al-sama'" then recited tasbih and made supplication. After the prayer, the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, asked, "Who is the one who said these words?" That man replied, "It was I." The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I saw the angels rushing to outdo one another in order to record the reward of these words."
