(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : حَدَّثَنِي عِيسَى بْنُ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، يَقُولُ : وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ ، فَطَفِقَ يَسْأَلُونَهُ ، فَيَقُولُ الْقَائِلُ مِنْهُمْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ أَشْعُرُ أَنَّ الرَّمْيَ قَبْلَ النَّحْرِ ، فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ " ، وَطَفِقَ آخَرُ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي لَمْ أَشْعُرْ أَنَّ النَّحْرَ قَبْلَ الْحَلْقِ ، فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ ؟ فَيَقُولُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " انْحَرْ وَلَا حَرَجَ " ، قَالَ : فَمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يُسْأَلُ عَنْ أَمْرٍ مِمَّا يَنْسَى الْإِنْسَانُ أَوْ يَجْهَلُ ، مِنْ تَقْدِيمِ الْأُمُورِ بَعْضِهَا قَبْلَ بَعْضٍ ، وَأَشْبَاهِهَا ، إِلَّا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " افْعَلْهُ وَلَا حَرَجَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) standing on his mount in the plain of Mina. Meanwhile, a man came and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I thought that shaving the head comes before sacrifice, so I had my head shaved before offering the sacrifice." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Go and offer the sacrifice, there is no harm." Another man came and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I thought that sacrifice comes before stoning, so I offered the sacrifice before stoning." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Now go and perform the stoning, there is no harm." On that day, for every question of this nature that was asked to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he replied, "Now do it, there is no harm."
