(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ ، وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُهُمْ إِلَّا فِي دُورِهِمْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: There is no validity in calling the animals of zakat to oneself or in evading zakat; zakat shall be collected from the Muslims in their own localities.
