(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ لِي مَالًا وَوَالِدًا ، وَإِنَّ وَالِدِي يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَجْتَاحَ مَالِي ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْتَ وَمَالُكَ لِوَالِدِكَ ، إِنَّ أَوْلَادَكُمْ مِنْ أَطْيَبِ كَسْبِكُمْ ، فَكُلُوا مِنْ كَسْبِ أَوْلَادِكُمْ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ هو عَبْدُ اللهَ بن احمد : بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ حَبِيبًا الْمُعَلِّمَ يُقَالُ لَهُ : حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي بَقِيَّةَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Bedouin came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "I have wealth and children, but my father wants to take possession of my wealth." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You and your wealth belong to your father. Your children are the purest of your earnings, so you may consume from the earnings of your children."
