(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُهَاجِرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ رُوَيْمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ الَّذِي كَانَ يَسْكُنُ بَيْتَ الْمَقْدِسِ ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ سَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ سَمِعْتَ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَذْكُرُ شَارِبَ الْخَمْرِ بِشَيْءٍ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي فَيَقْبَلَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَلَاةً أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا " .
Abdullah bin Dailami, may Allah have mercy on him, who lived in Bayt al-Maqdis, says: Once I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, "O Abdullah bin Amr, have you heard the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, say anything regarding the one who drinks alcohol?" He replied: "Yes! I heard the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever drinks a sip of alcohol, his prayer is not accepted for forty days."
