(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : جَاءَتْ أُمَيْمَةُ بِنْتُ رُقَيْقَةَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُبَايِعُهُ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ ، فَقَالَ : " أُبَايِعُكِ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكِي بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا ، وَلَا تَسْرِقِي وَلَا تَزْنِي ، وَلَا تَقْتُلِي وَلَدَكِ ، وَلَا تَأْتِي بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرِينَهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكِ وَرِجْلَيْكِ ، وَلَا تَنُوحِي ، وَلَا تَبَرَّجِي تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that Umaymah bint Ruqayqah (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to pledge allegiance to Islam. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "I take your pledge on the condition that you will not associate anything with Allah, you will not steal, you will not commit adultery, you will not kill your child, you will not fabricate any falsehood between your hands and feet, you will not wail, and you will not adopt adornment in the manner of the former days of ignorance."
