(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا نَذْرَ إِلَّا فِيمَا ابْتُغِيَ بِهِ وَجْهُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، وَلَا يَمِينَ فِي قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A vow is in those things by which Allah's pleasure can be attained, and there is no consideration in matters of severing ties of kinship."
