(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ : " لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not permissible for any woman to accept a gift without the permission of her husband."
