(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَقُصُّ إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ ، أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ ، أَوْ مُرَاءٍ " ، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ : إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَبْلُغُنَا ، أَوْ مُتَكَلِّفٌ ، قَالَ : هَكَذَا سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Only that person may deliver admonition who is a leader, or has been granted permission for it, or is a hypocrite."
