Hadith 6712

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَنَدَ إِلَى بَيْتٍ ، فَوَعَظَ النَّاسَ ، وَذَكَّرَهُمْ ، قَالَ : " لَا يُصَلِّي أَحَدٌ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى اللَّيْلِ ، وَلَا بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ ، وَلَا تُسَافِرُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ مَسِيرَةَ ثَلَاثٍ ، وَلَا تَتَقَدَّمَنَّ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), while leaning against the Ka'bah and advising the people, said: "No person should perform voluntary prayers after the 'Asr prayer until night, nor after Fajr until sunrise. Also, no woman should travel a distance of three days without a mahram, and no woman should be married in the presence of her paternal or maternal aunt."
