Hadith 6698

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ " ، وَرَدَّ شَهَادَةَ الْقَانِعِ الْخَادِمِ وَالتَّابِعِ ، لِأَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ ، وَأَجَازَهَا لِغَيْرِهِمْ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The testimony of any treacherous man or woman is not accepted. Also, the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not accept the testimony of a servant in favor of his masters, but accepted it in favor of other people."
