Hadith 6693

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ زَادَكُمْ صَلَاةً ، وَهِيَ الْوَتْرُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah has added one prayer for you, and that is Witr."
