Hadith 6663

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " قَضَى أَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ ثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ ، وَثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ ، وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً ، وَعَشَرَةٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money will be one hundred camels, of which thirty will be bint makhad, thirty bint labun, thirty hiqqah, and ten ibn labun (male)."
