Hadith 6661

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ ، أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ ، أَوْ مُرَاءٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Only that person may deliver admonition who is a leader, or has been granted permission for it, or is a hypocrite."
