It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that it is not lawful for anyone to marry a woman for the reason that another woman has been divorced. It is not lawful for a person to sell over the sale of his companion until he leaves it. And for three people who are in a foreign land (wilderness), it is necessary that they appoint one of them as a leader over themselves. And for three people who are in a wilderness, it is not lawful for two of them to whisper to each other leaving their third companion.
