(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي حُيَيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَعَافِرِيُّ ، أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيّ حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ أَبِي ذَبَحَ ضَحِيَّتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قُلْ لِأَبِيكَ يُصَلِّي ، ثُمَّ يَذْبَحُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "My father has offered the sacrifice of his animal before the Eid prayer." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tell your father to first perform the prayer, then offer the sacrifice."
