(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ حَدَّثَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ ، قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ أَوْ الْعَصَا ، فِيهِ مِائَةٌ ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The blood money (diyah) for one who is killed by mistake with a whip or a stick is one hundred camels, among which there will be forty pregnant she-camels."
