Hadith 6533

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ ، قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ أَوْ الْعَصَا ، فِيهِ مِائَةٌ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The blood money for someone killed by mistake with a whip or a stick is one hundred camels, among which there will be forty pregnant she-camels."
