It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that I heard the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe, and a Muhajir (emigrant) is one who abandons what Allah has forbidden.
