Hadith 6451

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا تَلَقَّوْا الرُّكْبَانَ " ، " وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not meet the traders before their goods reach the market, and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also forbade the sale involving deception."
