Hadith 6436

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا ، أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ ، إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The reward for praying in this mosque of mine is greater in virtue compared to other mosques, except for Masjid al-Haram."
