(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
عَارِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا
حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ
أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ ، إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ " ، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ : " يَأْذَنَ لَهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No person should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he send a marriage proposal over the proposal of his brother, unless he is granted permission."
