It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a wealthy slave, then all his wealth will belong to the seller, except if the buyer stipulates a condition. And whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, then their fruit will also belong to the seller, except if the buyer stipulates a condition."
