Hadith 6370

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ : " مَنْ جَاءَ مِنْكُمْ الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying while on the pulpit: When any person comes for Jumu'ah, he should come after performing ghusl (ritual bath).
