Hadith 6322

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا فَرْقَدٌ السَّبَخِيُّ ، عَنْ سَعْيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ادَّهَنَ بِزَيْتٍ غَيْرِ مُقَتَّتٍ ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would enter into the state of Ihram, he would use that olive oil in which flowers had been added but it had not been boiled.
