Hadith 6137

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَهُ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ : " غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا ، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ ، وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتْ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He said from the pulpit: May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghifar, may Allah keep the tribe of Aslam safe, and 'Usayyah disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.
