It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No servant has ever swallowed a gulp more virtuous in the sight of Allah than the gulp of anger which he swallows seeking the pleasure of Allah.
