(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنِي
حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ
أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ " ، أَوْ قَالَ : " إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he send a marriage proposal over the proposal of his brother, unless he is granted permission.
