Hadith 6062

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يُقِيمَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should make another person get up from his place and then sit there himself.
