(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أُقَسِّمَ بُدْنَهُ أَقُومُ عَلَيْهَا ، وَأَنْ أُقَسِّمَ جُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا ، وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ لَا أُعْطِيَ الْجَازِرَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا ، وَقَالَ : " نَحْنُ نُعْطِيهِ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to be present with him at the time of sacrifice, and to distribute the skins and coverings of those camels, as well as to distribute the meat. He also instructed that nothing from them should be given to the butcher as wages, and said that we used to give him his wages from our own side.
