It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent a detachment towards Najd, in which Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) was also included. Their share became twelve camels each, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also gave them one camel each as a reward.
