Hadith 5876

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ , قَالَ عَبْدٌ الله بْنِ أَحْمَّد : وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ يَذْبَحُ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ بِالْمُصَلَّى يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ " ، وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he used to offer the sacrifice at the Eidgah on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah and used to say that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also used to do the same.
