Hadith 5845

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks alcohol in this world will be deprived of it in the Hereafter (and will not be given alcohol there)."
