(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا
الْعُمَرِيُّ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to raise his hands up to the level of his shoulders while performing the raising of the hands (raf‘ al-yadayn).
