Hadith 5842

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " سَجْدَةٌ مِنْ سُجُودِ هَؤُلَاءِ أَطْوَلُ مِنْ ثَلَاثِ سَجَدَاتٍ مِنْ سُجُودِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the prostration of these people is longer than even three prostrations of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). (Whereas the Imam has been commanded to show leniency.)
