It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) appointed Dhu’l-Hulaifah as the miqat for the people of Madinah, Juhfah for the people of Sham, and Qarn for the people of Najd; and people say that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) appointed Yalamlam as the miqat for the people of Yemen.
