It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, then their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise). And whoever sells a slave who possesses wealth, then all his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise)."
