Hadith 5523

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ ، سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا ، سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : " لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) once stood among us and said: Do not sell the fruit until it has ripened.
