Hadith 5507

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ " ، قَالُوا : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ " ، قَالُوا : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ " ، قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ ؟ قَالَ : " وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Forgive those who have their heads shaved." The people said: "Pray also for those who have their hair cut short." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicated for those who have their hair cut short on the fourth time, saying: "O Allah! Forgive those who have their hair cut short as well."
