It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fixed Dhu’l-Hulayfah as the miqat for the people of Madinah, Juhfah for the people of Sham, Yalamlam for the people of Yemen, Qarn for the people of Najd, and Dhat ‘Irq for the people of Iraq.
