Hadith 5378

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ حُجْرَةِ عَائِشَةَ يَقُولُ : " يُنْصَبُ لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، وَلَا غَدْرَةَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ غَدْرَةِ إِمَامِ عَامَّةٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying near the chamber of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that on the Day of Resurrection, a flag will be raised for every deceiver, and there will be no deception greater than the deception of the head of state.
