(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ
مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ ، وَقَالَ : " لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade meeting traders before their goods reach the market, and from deceptive sales, and that none of you should sell over the sale of his brother.
