Hadith 5262

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ يُنَحْ عَلَيْهِ ، فَإِنَّهُ يُعَذَّبُ بِمَا نِيحَ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The person over whom lamentation is made will continue to be punished because of that lamentation until the Day of Resurrection."
