Hadith 5112

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْثَدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَامِرٍ الْهُنَائِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَمْرٍو النَّدَبِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيَعْجَبُ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْجَمِيعِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that Allah is very pleased with the prayer performed in congregation.
