Hadith 5107

(حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) قَالَ : قَالَ : وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَعْنِي : " خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُنَّ : الْحَيَّةُ ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ " .
And the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are five kinds of animals which there is no sin in killing even while in the state of Ihram: the scorpion, the rat, the kite, the crow, and the rabid dog."
