Hadith 5066

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، وَحَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَقَالَ حَجَّاجٌ : حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " صَلَّى فِي الْبَيْتِ " ، وَسَتَأْتُونَ مَنْ يَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ .
Simak Hanafi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I heard Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saying that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed inside the Ka'bah, but now you will go to a person who will deny this (meaning Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, who was sitting nearby).
