Hadith 5010

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a trader should meet those coming on mounts outside (the city) before they arrive, or that a townsman should sell on behalf of a villager, or that a person should send his marriage proposal over the proposal of his brother until the marriage takes place or the proposal is withdrawn, and that there is no voluntary prayer after Asr until sunset, and no voluntary prayer after Fajr until the sun has risen high.
